Right from the moment I was granted access to Orbitdesk I could start using the system to accept my own customers support requests.
I didn’t even need to modify anything for it to begin working for me and my business. although the system can be customised and personalised to my own requirements very easily.
After only a couple of uses I found that most options are quite intuitive to work with, but when I had a problem I can testify that Orbitdesk’s own support service were both prompt and helpful in resolving the issues I was having.

by far the easiest to set up
Wow! That is the first impression I had after signing up. The dashboard is clean and intuitive.
There are so many features, I still have not gone through them all in the last two weeks. The system walks you through setting up your help desk. I have used many help desk services and OrbitDesk is by far the easiest to set up. I still have a self-hosted help desk and what a pain to install and set up.
I cannot believe OrbitDesk pricing is so low for all that you get.

I find OrbitDesk to be a solid and full-featured helpdesk platform. Setup, customization and branding were quick and easy and the site loads fast and looks great on mobile devices, which is a must these days. I think this will serve my company well for the foreseeable future. On top of the incredible value OrbitDesk presents, it’s backed by an extremely reputable company I have known, liked and trusted (and done business with) for almost a decade. Absolutely recommended!
